How do I return my order within the UK using the UPS service?Updated 2 years ago

If you have been issued a UPS return label - simply follow the instructions below:

Step 1
Download and print the returns label from your email

Step 2
Securely pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer - Please ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your shipment.

Step 3
Collection or Drop-off
Take your return parcel to a UPS drop-off location or to arrange for a home collection, call UPS at 03457 877 877.

Step 4
You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

Once your return has been received and verified, we'll send you an email letting you know your return has been processed, and your refund or exchange is on its way.
